About the Event

The Ride of Silence is an annual international bicycle ride to commemorate cyclists killed and support those injured while riding on public roads. It helps to raise awareness among motorists, the public and decision makers of the dangers cyclists face on the roads, especially from other traffic. Join us in riding to remember those that have been impacted.

Although this ride is free, all riders must be registered on this site and a helmet is required.  Riders will then check-in upon arrival at 6:30.  This will be followed by a safety briefing and reading of the "Ride of Silence Poem".   The police escorted ride will be 9 miles long, no faster than 12mph, and all will ride in silence.

This year the ROS begins in North America and rolls all across the globe on this date/time - cyclists will take to the roads in a silent procession to honor cyclists…
