Annual KABC Picnic 2023 (following the HHP Ride)

KABC Picnic is for members only and will take place after the rides finish. The tickets to order lunch are now available for purchase until 5pm Friday, May 5th. Ride registration follows the usual weekly procedure on the website and is SEPARATE from the picnic registration.

About the Event

Ride groups will have staggered start times, listed below. all Riders must register for the ride using the normal weekly ride registration.

B+:  8:45 am Gear up and 9:00 am Start

B:    9:00 am Gear Up and 9:15 am Start

C+:  9:15 am Gear Up and 9:30 am Start

C:    9:45 Gear Up and 10:00 am start

SocIal:  10:00 am Gear Up and 10:15 am Start

Lunch will be served starting at 12 noon after the rides.

Menu selections : (choose one on your registration form)

  • London broil sandwich with horseradish sauce, lettuce, provolone
  • Ham and Swiss sandwich with honey mustard and lettuce
  • Turkey sandwich with cranberry, mayo, provolone and lettuce
  • Tuna salad with lettuce in a wrap
  • Cup of chicken salad and a deviled egg

A bag of chips and an ice cream truck are included with each meal as well. 

Picnic registration will be open until May 5th at 5 pm. If you register after that it will be for the RIDE ONLY using the website weekly ride registration process. 

If you wish to attend the picnic after the registration deadline, you have the option of bringing your own bag lunch.


Have a set of pedals you no longer use? A saddle that was never meant for you? New or lightly used jerseys that no longer fit? Now is your chance to sell or swap them within the Club.  Simply download & print the form below, fill in the requested information (one form per item) and bring to the Annual Picnic May 20. Items will be displayed on tables at the picnic and interested shoppers can contact you while at the picnic. 

Let's clean out our garages and put these items to use! 

NOTE: You must register to attend the picnic in order to participate. Items that are not sold remain the property and responsibility of the owner
